On March 21-22, 2026, Resolv was exploited after attackers gained access to privileged wallet credentials via a compromise of the project's AWS KMS key. The attack briefly depegged the USR stablecoin and resulted in approximately $24M in losses. Most of the extracted ETH remains unrecovered.
